Episode 238

LDS Mission Nurse Speaks Out On Missionary Mental Health Crisis

On this episode of Mormonish Podcast, Rebecca and Landon are joined by a former LDS mission nurse to discuss the concerning topic of missionary mental health.

Our guest served as a mission nurse in a South American mission and saw first hand the struggle with mental health many missionaries have.

Pulling back the curtain of secrecy, she shines a light on efforts to support and help missionaries in mental health crisis with resources stretched way too thin, as we explore the question, "Are LDS missions dangerous to your mental health."

This conversation was extremely eye opening for us and will be for you too!
